Everything you showed in the video was fixable. It's usually labor costs that total a vehicle. I would check your state laws if they issued you a salvage title in the pay off agreement. Some states are brutal about putting salvaged vehicles back on the road.

My 2012 Challenger SRT 8 mds lifter failure caused my cam change. Billet of course Comp stage 2 and Hellcat lifters now(no more mds). The previous owner had put Magnaflows exhaust and speed logic catch can , so it sounds great. What a difference. It will check your talent. Fun car to drve and I'm keeping it.

Need front CV's, RC Forged upper control arms, Moog forged lowers, new tie rods, knuckles, sway bar, links, and hubs. Probably run you about $2,000-$3,000. Sway bar will be the hardest to find. I'd get the Belltech. Use Rockauto and rough country.

I could really use some advice. I recently installed a 6.4 manifold on my 5.7 ram 1500 5.7..... after installing it I ran into problems with not building enough vacuum for the break booster...... I have had a few different mechanics check the hoses the connections and even test the booster and everything is good....... if im in park the breaks pump excellent when I put into drive and release the break and immediately step on it again the break pedal is hard as a rock....... any advice would be appreciated

Get the frame checked out before you do anything. If your going race truck I don’t need to tell you how important this step is. Can’t make a good pass if your peddling it the whole why because you come off crooked on the line.

All of the big dreamers are telling you that you should swap into a single cab. To that I say that’s a grand plan. Then I would ask them how many grand do they think it would take to pull that off? My experience is that swaps are expensive and always have unexpected expenses. Good luck with the repairs you got this.

The insurance adjuster lied. This is very common as we all know, I don't have to explain anything. The fact is you can have your cake, and eat it too. Take the money do what you will. *But personally I'd put a heavy duty 6.4 in Kong, (retire the legend as a tow Rig, and put the supercharged 6.4 in a two-wheel drive 5th gen Crew Cab. (2WD TRX), aka Leviathan...

Definitely not totaled. Suspension parts and a new fender. Easy fix.

Fix it yourself china fender bumper headlights junkyard axle control arms and go racing you dont need to he a mechanic or body shop guy its just removing bolts and putting them back on

Seems like that adjuster did you a favor more or less, I know when I had my car I was told per insurance that because of all the ad ons and upgrades that if I wanted that covered it had to have a set of photos taken and some kind of report done and sent over to the office. I had to have a shop do it that was associated with insurance. I wonder if he is taking about the frame to body bolt on that side but even that should not have totaled your truck.

You better make sure the frame isn't bent. Darn Bro I had a set of original headlights and fog/driving lights that I had to throw away in our Landlords dumpster when we moved from Westminster, Maryland to Michigan. I had to throw them out because at the time they were junk we didn't need to take with us plus my wife had already sold my Ram 1500 in the True Blue color that yours currently is. If I still had them I would send them to you free of charge and save you a few bucks. I wanted all the OG parts Togo with truck but since I was just starting to recover from the stroke I had I forgot to tell my wife to get all the OG parts out of shed and put in the bed of the truck. I even had the U=Connect 3 factory radio still because I bought the Alpine Restyle kit from Crutchfield and installed that along with a subwoofer Amp and a 10" sub. I was heart broken throwing all those OG parts in the dumpster I had put all the OG parts in the aftermarket parts boxes. Also you still want to check tires and wheels for balance before slapping them back on Kong. Also I think if your going to use 4x4 you should put Ram 3500 from a Cummings diesel truck on it transfer case and axle shafts. Because I believe if you don't that will end up being your next downfall. Good Luck brother on the rebuild. If things weren't so fricken expensive today I would send you a donation to get Kong back to the race track.

Oh yah man 100% fixable

That truck is totally fixable get it on a frame machine a couple of pulls here and there on the frame all the rest is just bolt on suspension parts you'll save some money if you go to the junkyard and find a color match fender and a front bumper 💪👍

Probably bent frame still fixable anything is fixable

once you start to clear out those wheel wells you’ll begin to realize that its mostly parts and assembly. hopefully you realize that you can just as easily put a replacement part on from where you took the broken part off. RUclips videos also helped when I had to change my own suspension.

Almost sounds like having that mishap and damage to your truck and insurance totaling and giving you $$ worked for the better. Also thankful you were not hurt or worse. You go for it Nick.
